Want to return or exchange a product? It’s quick and easy in three steps!

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make sure your refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

Step 1: Fill Out the Return Form

Download the return form [here] and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send Your Items Back

Ship the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the form. Make sure to include a Track & Trace number — as the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping. This helps avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund and the amount will be returned to your bank account within 5 business days.
